Congratulations to everyone who gathered at Whitby in North Yorkshire to break the World Record of the largest gathering of people dressed as Vampires. 1,369 people attended Whitby Abbey breaking the previous record of 1039 in the U. S.

The event organised by English Heritage was held on the 125th Anniversary of Bram Stoker's publication of Dracula which a partially based in Whitby.
